HISTORY

I have always considered myself an athlete. Ive played sports since I was a child; from football, to wrestling/MMA, lacrosse and weight training. I previously worked as a certified personal trainer at large commercial gyms in Southern California. Attended college at Irvine Valley College and Concordia University Irvine studying kinesiology and exercise science. Fast forward nearly a decade of working in the trades (auto mechanic/pipeline/construction) I dedicated myself to the fire service. I had fallen complacent after years of poor eating habits and struggling with alcohol abuse. With my heart set on being a career firemen, my level of physical fitness and daily nutrition needed to be top notch in order to perform. At 33 years old; I cut out all alcohol, tobacco and elicit drug use and committed myself to becoming my best self; for myself, my family and my partners at the station. This was the birth of RELIANT FITNESS. I wanted to become the most reliable asset to those around me. The years wasted getting wasted and living a mediocre life were now distant memories. After committing myself to living this new disciplined lifestyle and focusing on my health, fitness, mindset and personal development; I lost over 50 lbs, got in the best shape of my life, built a successful business and completely turned my life around. The items I used to accomplish this goal and build my new life are the same items I include and teach in my programs. Lets get to work!

“Life is only meaningful when we are striving for a goal.”
